PD-132 Loop detector in installed in barrier gate to detect verify if vehicle have finished passing through parking access control or parking ticketing lane. After car has completely passed through the boom gate, loop detector will give signal to barrier gate to start closing boom arm.
The detector must be installed in a convenient weatherproof location as close to the loop as possible. Installation location must choose to stay away from the heat source, it around other devices must maintain a distance of at least 10mm (mustn’t fix cling to the cabinet). A correct loop configuration and detector installation will ensure a successful inductive loop detection system. Loop of several important parameters include: loop figure, size, and turns, install methods (details as “Loop installation guide”).

How do you install a loop sensor for boom barrier gate?

Excelsoo vehicle loop detector for barrier gate is used to detect the presence of car via inductance loop coil. Loop detector is installed in barrier gate to detect verify if vehicle have finished passing through parking access control or parking ticketing lane. After car has completely passed through the boom gate, loop detector will give signal to barrier gate to start closing boom arm. CAUTION ● Pay more attention to power supply voltage avoiding wrong connection damaging the detector. ● Please read the instructions carefully before usage. Loop Installation Using disc cutting machine or the like to cut cable slots, a 45°oblique angle should be made across the loop corners to reduce the chance of damage that can be caused to the loop cable at right angle corners.
